Fleet Phospho-soda^TM Colonoscopy Prep has been recalled

Effective December 12, 2008 Fleet Phospho-soda^TM has been voluntarily recalled and is therefore temporarily unavaible for use as a cleansing preparation for colonoscopy. We are in the process of contacting patients who were prescribed this medication so that we can offer alternatives.

If you have already purchased Fleet Phospho-soda^TM then you should follow the directions that you were given in the office and use the medication as directed. If you are scheduled to undergo colonoscopy with Fleet Phospho-soda^TM, do not have the medication in your possession, and have not received a call from our office within two weeks of the date of your procedure, please contact our office as soon as possible (281-4463).
