Dr. Oz takes you behind the scenes of his routine colonoscopy.

All co-pays are due at the time of your visit upon check-in or your appointment may be rescheduled. A copy of your insurance card is also to be presented at each visit.

Our initial consultation fee covers the history-taking, physical examination, review of prior laboratory studies, ordering any additional tests, and an overall assessment of your healthcare needs. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician, please be sure to bring one with you to your first visit with us. If you come without your referral, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

We will submit your claims to your insurance carrier for you. Most plans require a co-payment or deductible, which is payable at the time of the visit. For your convenience, we accept VISA or MasterCard.

If your insurer is not displayed, please contact your individual plan to see if your group participates.
