Dr. Oz takes you behind the scenes of his routine colonoscopy.

All co-pays are due at the time of your visit upon check-in or your appointment may be rescheduled. A copy of your insurance card is also to be presented at each visit.

The Medical Research Center of Connecticut is conducting a research study to evaluate a foam treatment for mild to moderate UP/UPS.

Requirements:

· Must be between the ages of 18 and 75

· Must have diagnosis of active UP/UPS with mild to moderate symptoms

· Must be able to complete all 8 scheduled visits within approximately 11 weeks

Qualified participants will receive study medication at no cost. Reimbursement for time and travel may be provided.
