From New Haven:
Follow Whitney Avenue north, just past Skiff Street, to the Spring Glen Medical Center (on left) at 2200 Whitney Avenue (Suite 360).

From Shoreline East or West:
Follow I-91 to exit 10 (Route40). At Exit 1, take the first two lefts, the first right and follow Dixwell Avenue to the fourth traffic light. Take a left onto Whitney Avenue, go under the Wilbur Cross Parkway overpass. Turn right into the Spring Glen Medical Center (Suite 360).

From the Wilbur Cross Parkway:
Follow Route 15 (Wilbur Cross Parkway) to Exit 61. From the South, turn left onto Whitney Avenue. From the North, turn right onto Whitney Avenue. The Spring Glen Medical Center is the first building on the right (Suite 360).
